I have come to use this flatbread recipe in many different ways. It is so simple and so easy to make! While you can add rosemary and garlic like Whole Food Diary did, any mix of spices really works so it is very versatile to use in many different ways and in many different recipes! (such as in the Chickpea Beet Flatbread with Mint Pesto) It can also be cut into triangles and cooked again into chips or even smaller and baked into croutons such as in Simple Salmon and Caesar. I am so thankful to have found this recipe because it is an easy go-to in my diet now and so healthy as well! I highly recommend trying it!
